This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining work-life balance. You will join a team that supports one another, encouraging open communication and collaboration. Your primary working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, aligning your schedule with our clients’ needs for consistent therapy sessions. The outpatient office serves as the administrative hub where team meetings and training can occur, fostering a sense of community even in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

• Facilitate meaningful discussions with clients, helping them understand and articulate their emotions, relationships, and life circumstances.

• Collaboratively develop achievable goals with clients and track their progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to support their journeys.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and your clinical expertise to create and implement goal-oriented treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical skills through peer collaboration and ongoing discussions about best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, which allows you to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet their specific cultural and personal needs. The goal is to help clients develop coping strategies, improve their emotional wellbeing, and achieve their personal goals through therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and active licensure in Georgia as either an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a counseling or therapy setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred to maintain seamless documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
