Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, both individual and group, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques to address conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Implement personalized treatment strategies, regularly reviewing and adapting plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, offering immediate support and necessary resources.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions and coping strategies, empowering them with the knowledge to manage their mental health effectively.

• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and session notes to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive support network for clients.

Qualifications\n
