Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, using standardized tools and methodologies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs, goals, and concerns of each client.

• Provide individual therapy to adults, adolescents, and children, addressing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relational dynamics.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans to reflect client progress and evolving therapeutic needs.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date client records, documenting sessions, progress notes, and treatment strategies in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, when necessary.

• Participate in case consultations and contribute to the development of best practices within our organization.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
