Sales Development Representative (SDR) ENG - Interfell (Remote)

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads. This role contributes to building a strong sales pipeline and supports positioning data-driven solutions within target industries. Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients across target industries Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling Qualify inbound leads from marketing and referrals Schedule discovery calls and product demos for sales teams Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns Develop understanding of technical solutions and value proposition Communicate value proposition tailored to industry needs Follow up with prospects through multichannel outreach Meet monthly and quarterly pipeline targets Provide feedback to product and marketing teams Stay updated on market trends and competition Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) Experience working with CRM tools Experience in prospecting and lead generation Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable with cold calling and outreach activities Nice to Have Experience selling SaaS or technical solutions Experience in B2B sales environments Knowledge of data-related solutions or APIs Experience with sales engagement tools Experience targeting enterprise clients Knowledge of data privacy or compliance concepts Spanish language skills (preferred) Soft Skills Resilience and persistence Active listening and empathy Curiosity and willingness to learn Collaborative mindset Adaptability to changing strategies Goal-oriented mindset Professional communication Relationship-building skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Simera
