Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health treatment.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance overall client experiences, attending regular meetings and contributing insights regarding treatment progress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to ensure that all documentation accurately reflects client progress and therapy outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and continuing education, keeping abreast of current mental health research and best practices to enhance therapeutic efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor license (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
