Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Brave Health, you will work with a diverse range of clients from varied backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our clients often face barriers to accessing quality mental health care, and it will be your role to provide empathetic support, guiding them toward recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW).

• Strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency in diagnostic evaluation.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Demonstrated empathy and compassion in working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Preferred Experience\n
