Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, preferences, and specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate based on clinical findings.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client treatment.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records according to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs while working to reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• An active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LMFT position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
