Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand patients' mental health concerns and individual needs, identifying strengths and areas for intervention.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions that respect and reflect the cultural backgrounds and personal histories of the clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy, to promote mental wellness and coping strategies.

• Create and implement detailed treatment plans that include measurable goals, therapeutic interventions, and methods of progress evaluation in alignment with patients' wishes and clinical standards.

• Work in collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals to devise comprehensive plans of care, ensuring continuity and coherence in treatment across various domains of patient health.

• Manage crisis situations effectively, conducting thorough risk assessments and devising safety plans as necessary to ensure clients' well-being.

• Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources, facilitating connections with community services and offering case management support.

The LCSW will work primarily within a hospice setting, supporting a diverse group of patients with terminal illnesses and their families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
