Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs, abilities, and behaviors using interviews and direct observation, creating a clear picture of each individual's mental health status.

• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans that align with both medical and psychotherapeutic data, addressing the complex needs of our patients.

• Establish and maintain both short-term and long-term treatment objectives, tailoring approaches to each patient's unique circumstances while closely monitoring progress.

• Facilitate meaningful therapy sessions that encourage patients to openly discuss their feelings, thoughts, and challenges, aiding their journey towards mental wellness.

• Design effective treatment programs that incorporate psychotherapy techniques, crisis intervention strategies, skill development, and psychoeducation to support patients with various mental health difficulties.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment summaries, adhering to compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, addictions, and chronic pain management. As an LMFT, you’ll be instrumental in creating supportive environments and therapeutic relationships that empower patients' growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n
