You will work in a remote outpatient office setting, designed to foster collaboration and communication among team members while maintaining a flexible work schedule. Our practice operates primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of adjusting hours to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through culturally informed methodologies to tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, applying techniques suitable for a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions along with family and group counseling, fostering a safe space for open communication and healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic mental health care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support services during mental health emergencies, demonstrating a solid understanding of de-escalation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
