Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to address the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes within our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with state regulations and enhance collaborative care.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to facilitate comprehensive treatment approaches for each client.

• Partake in continuous educational opportunities and professional development programs to stay abreast of current trends in mental health practices and contribute to the overall improvement of service delivery.

• Actively participate in team meetings to share insights, best practices, and client outcomes, seeking feedback to enhance therapeutic techniques and client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your adaptability and cultural competence will be key in addressing the unique circumstances and needs of each client to provide effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid New Jersey license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment options.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and care coordination.

• A self-motivated professional who works well both independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to continuous growth and improvement.

Preferred Experience\n
