Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to tailor treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client, regularly reviewing and adapting as necessary.

• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors and colleagues to ensure coordinated care and to relay progress to families and guardians.

• Develop and propose a schedule for client appointments, home visits, and ongoing assessments, alongside regular progress reports to monitor treatment effectiveness.

• Coordinate and conduct home visits when necessary, engaging in direct observations and collecting data for thorough documentation and analysis.

• Ensure effective implementation of treatment plans by working closely with the client and their support systems, adjusting approaches as needed.

• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss client needs, innovations in treatment strategies, and overall service delivery.

• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes that reflect the advancement of client goals and challenges encountered along the way.

• Organize and facilitate training sessions for team members, ensuring everyone is competent in executing treatment plans and proper documentation practices.

• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients through virtual interviews and observations, maintaining their engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Act as a liaison in the mental health community, advocating for our clients and contributing towards the development of community mental health resources.

• Contribute to the improvement of therapeutic procedures by developing training materials and enhancing program effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and youth, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings.

• Demonstrated expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse recovery, or trauma-informed care preferred.

• Strong grasp of legal and ethical standards in mental healthcare.
