Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults who have been thoroughly screened before accessing our teletherapy platform. This population often includes individuals with a variety of concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. By offering a digital alternative to traditional therapy, you will reach clients who prefer the convenience and confidentiality that online sessions provide.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure to practice independently in New York State, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Licensed Psychologist
\n
• Licensed Psychoanalyst
\n

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interaction.

• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to client well-being.

• Proficient computer skills to effectively navigate our therapy platform and manage administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous teletherapy or telehealth experience will be viewed favorably. Experience in working with diverse populations, as well as familiarity with behavioral health interventions and evidence-based practices, will enhance your ability to connect with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $80,000 to $100,000 per year. Other benefits include:
