Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychosocial needs, including emotional, mental, and social factors that affect their overall health and well-being.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of assessments, care plans, progress notes, and client interactions using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 60,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
