Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, using standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that align with the unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, across individual, family, and group settings.

• Continuously monitor client progress, re-evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes, ensuring that therapeutic goals are met effectively.

• Provide crisis management interventions when necessary, offering immediate support to clients who are experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain detailed, confidential, and compliant client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation.

• Engage in collaborative care by consulting with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to devise comprehensive treatment approaches for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices and continually enhance your clinical skills through ongoing education and training.

• Participate actively in supervision and peer review sessions to further enrich clinical expertise and professional development.

Qualifications\n
