Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and developmental evaluations of children to inform treatment plans.

• Maintain an active caseload, delivering therapy to individuals and families, and effectively managing therapy sessions to ensure client engagement and success.

• Offer temperament counseling for parents, focusing on enhancing parenting skills and fostering healthy parent-child relationships.

• Design and deliver training sessions aimed at educating social workers, attorneys, judges, and educators on topics related to mental health, parenting, and child development.

• Intervene in crisis situations with effective therapeutic strategies to ensure client safety and stability.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve collaborating closely with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
