The Role:

Join our team as a Part-Time Business Development Associate and help drive growth by building relationships with key decision-makers at commercial and industrial facilities. In this field-based role, you'll meet directly with facility, operations, and maintenance leaders, including contacts within Fortune 500 organizations, to introduce OWL's services and identify new business opportunities. No cold calling required-this position is all about creating meaningful face-to-face connections and generating qualified leads that fuel our continued success.

What You'll Do:

  • Travel an assigned territory and visit commercial and industrial facilities in person
  • Pitch OWL's services face-to-face to facility, operations, and maintenance decision makers
  • Build trust with potential customers and communicate the value of a reliable, 24/7 partner
  • Record contact information and note the type and amount of equipment at each facility
  • Distribute leave-behind materials to keep OWL Services top-of-mind at every site you visit
  • Pass qualified leads and site details to the sales team for follow-up
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong people skills with the ability to confidently engage and build rapport with a variety of individuals
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Motivated, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with prospective customers throughout the day
  • Self-starter who is dependable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or relationship-building experience is a plus, but not required
  • Eager to learn, grow, and develop valuable sales and business development skills
  • Valid driver's license required
