Business Development Associate
Looking to add additional Business Development Associates in Denver, CO. The Business Development Associate's time will be spent in a client facing role, focusing the majority of his/her time on meeting with prospective members and helping service existing members.
As one of our Business Development Representatives you'll:
- Provide Solutions – Running a business is complex and demanding, and many business owners do not have the time or expertise to handle many of the most common administrative tasks. We want our members focused on delivering their product or service, so we help companies by offering a comprehensive array of business solutions. As our representative, you'll help educate business owners on the company's offerings, and they will choose the options that best fit their needs.
- Simplify, Strengthen, and Grow – As one of our consultative Business Development Associates, you will be helping simplify the day-to-day operations of businesses so they can become stronger and grow. Our company has experienced significant growth, and we are here to help other companies do the same.
- Have Excellent Income Potential – Being on our team is extremely rewarding, but like all great business development achievements, it takes a lot of hard work to overcome the daily challenges. Being successful requires a long-term perspective because success rarely happens instantly. It requires a positive, coachable attitude that focuses on pushing yourself forward and with that, financial reward will organically follow.

- Passion – Business owners are pressed for time because they're focused on running their company. Business is tough, and a Business Development Rep must be also. You know you can help them, but it takes a friendly and tenacious follow-through pattern to earn the privilege to help them.
- Confidence – Our most successful Business Development Reps are those who choose to not take things personally. They are bullet-proof when it comes to rejection. Resilience and a love for challenges are must-have's for this position.
- Innovative – Success requires looking for new and improved ways to help expand our services to as many businesses as possible.
- Empathy – Thinking like a business owner and understanding their entrepreneurial mindset produces solutions that clearly makes sense to business owners. You must be able to put yourself in their shoes.
- Coachable – Being open to learn from our top producers and excited to develop personally as a result of feedback are critical to this role. Our Business Development Reps receive the coaching and mentoring they need to build confidence and be successful.
