Director of Development (5336)

NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Development to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a Remote, Direct Hire position. Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 (depending on experience). Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements: 7-10+ years of experience with strategy for fundraising, donations, grants, partnerships, etc. Bachelor’s degree; non-profit or volunteer experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective interpersonal skills Highly detail-oriented Strong ability to communicate and work professionally with partners and volunteers Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Ability to work independently from home, with some in‑office participation for meetings and events Responsibilities: Execute fundraising strategies to promote awareness and secure donations Lead corporate giving efforts, including sponsorships and multi-year commitments Identify and pursue grant opportunities; support grant applications Assist leadership with individual donor outreach and campaigns Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board to manage major and planned giving programs Maintain and leverage the CRM system for donor management and prospect research Develop marketing and communication materials to communicate the organization’s mission and impact Attend and support fundraising events and partner company activities Build relationships with corporate and individual donors to meet fundraising goals We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr NextPath Career Partners
