Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (Neuroscience - Cobenfy) Position Summary Drive demand for BMS medicines within the portfolio for appropriate patients by engaging HCPs through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label. Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community‑based physicians/HCPs; act as primary point of contact. Field‑based role; expected to spend 100% of time in the field with external customers. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Promotion Promote approved indications within assigned territory to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly. Create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients. Maintain/grow scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas. Prepare and implement territory and account plans. Use tools such as CE^3 to derive insights, inform call plans, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue Present approved scientific resources/publications accurately and in a medically compliant manner. Conduct in‑office presentations and discuss label‑consistent product science. Organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau approved) including logistics. Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications. Use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Collaborate with other field teams to optimize HCP Customer Experience (Cx). Share insights internally with appropriate stakeholders. Comply with laws, regulations, and BMS policies. Required Qualifications & Experience Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse. Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately. Proven credibility‑building with key customers and stakeholders; customer‑centric mindset. Neurology experience preferred. Strong account management and sales performance (meeting/exceeding goals). Effective cross‑functional work with positive, can‑do attitude.
