Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional status to establish a foundation for effective treatment. Create and implement individualized treatment plans, continually revising them based on client progress and evolving needs. Provide various therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to diverse clientele. Regularly monitor and document client progress, using evidence-based methodologies to inform adjustments to treatment approaches. Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations. Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring ethical standards are upheld. Collaborate effectively with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care. Remain informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health practices, integrating new knowledge into your work. Participate in supervision sessions and ongoing training to refine clinical skills and enhance service delivery. Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards set by relevant licensing boards, ensuring the highest level of care for clients. Patient Population / Client Focus Our practice serves a diverse population of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential. Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is required. Exceptional skills in clinical assessment and diagnosis to effectively identify the needs of clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive interactions with clients and colleagues. Empathy and compassion are key attributes, demonstrating a commitment to client well-being. Preferred Experience To be considered, candidates should possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
