Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to clients of diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care. Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges. Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant techniques. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, maintaining a dynamic approach based on individual responses. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, using our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system. Engage in regular case collaboration and supervision with fellow therapists to enhance service delivery and ensure optimal client care. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will encompass a wide array of client issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma recovery, and addiction. Qualifications A master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field. A valid and active license to practice independently in Texas, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others achieve mental wellness. Expertise in evidence-based therapies and assessment techniques. Preferred Experience Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience working in clinical settings are preferred. Compensation and Benefits Dream Path Wellness Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
