Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each plan addresses both immediate and long-term needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools as indicated, collaborating with clinical teams to establish behavioral guidelines, crisis plans, and medication treatment strategies.

• Document all patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems, facilitating seamless access to services for clients.

• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to support the agency's mission and ensure the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges, those recovering from addiction, and people with developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a field related to mental health counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
