Center Field Counseling LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team based in Hemet, California. This full-time role is designed for a compassionate professional eager to make a meaningful impact in the mental health field. Work Environment\n

This position operates in a hybrid remote setting with opportunities to conduct both in-person and telehealth sessions. Our outpatient office is equipped with modern facilities to ensure the best care for our clients. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions both in-person and through telehealth platforms, adapting to each client’s preferences and needs.
\n
• Complete thorough biopsychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's circumstances, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with them.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to achieve desired client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive guidance on complex cases.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, case managers, and other support staff to provide holistic care to clients and coordinate their treatment effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a wide range of patients including children, adolescents, adults, and families. We value cultural sensitivity and adapt our therapeutic approaches to meet the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients. Having familiarity and expertise in trauma-informed care is essential as many clients may be navigating issues related to past traumas and challenges within marginalized communities.

Qualifications\n

• Active LPCC license in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in outpatient mental health or similar settings.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and trauma-informed principles.

• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Additional certifications such as EMDR or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Bilingual fluency to better serve a diverse clientele.

• Specialized experience working with trauma survivors, youth, or other marginalized populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year , accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
