Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing our mental health therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes while adhering to a well-structured telehealth practice. The daily work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing standardized tools to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups, providing clients with valuable information and support regarding prevalent mental health concerns.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals in team meetings to ensure comprehensive care across multiple disciplines.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies and support clients during mental health crises, ensuring they receive immediate assistance and resources.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that can aid their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up to date within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
