Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues. Our client population may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. Your work will focus on promoting their well-being through tailored therapeutic approaches that respect their unique life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a closely related behavioral science from an accredited institution.

• An active clinical licensure (LCPC) in the state of Virginia is required prior to employment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive benefits package. This includes:
