Remote Public-Sector Classification & Compensation Lead

AlphaGov is seeking a Municipal Classification & Compensation Consultant to lead the civilian-workforce workstream on an active municipal study (City of Myrtle Beach, SC). This is a remote-first, 1099/project-based role with travel as needed for client on-sites.
Candidate evidence deadline is 10/01/2026, with permission required before naming on proposals. Responsibilities include reviewing ~270 civilian titles, benchmarking against peer municipalities, and presenting findings to project
