Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to create a safe space for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Hopeful Mind Counseling Solutions, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults, children, and families. Our focus is on providing tailored mental health care that addresses a variety of issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active LPC license in Pennsylvania.
\n
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and electronic health record platforms.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating an understanding of varied therapy modalities.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on those evaluations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health clinic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures that clinicians receive guaranteed rates, paid ahead of collections, allowing for financial stability. Additional benefits include:
