Work Environment

The Physical Therapist position is onsite at our bustling rehabilitation center in Chantilly. You will be joining a collaborative team of healthcare providers who share a passion for improving patient outcomes. The normal operation hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced life without weekend or evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care with a dedicated focus on 1-2 patients per hour to ensure tailored treatment and close monitoring of progress.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's specific needs and limitations, developing personalized treatment plans that address their goals.
• Implement effective manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment to enhance patient mobility and functional capacity.
• Establish measurable objectives for patients and consistently track their progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve positive outcomes.
• Document patient care meticulously in line with industry standards and best practices ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center caters primarily to outpatient orthopedic patients, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals with chronic pain, and those who have undergone surgical procedures. You will engage with a diverse population, tailoring your skills to meet their unique rehabilitation needs while promoting an encouraging and motivating atmosphere that fosters recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, equipping you with the foundational knowledge and practical skills to excel in this role.
• A valid and active Virginia Physical Therapy license, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, with a preference for experience in outpatient orthopedics.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
