Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will span a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. You will utilize tailored therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to meet the specific needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid and active LMHC license in the state of New York.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates who have at least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling capacity. Experience working in a telehealth setting is highly preferred but not required.
