Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients’ mental health needs, employing diagnostic tools and intake interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' preferences, goals, and evidence-based practices to ensure effective progress towards their mental health objectives.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families in various formats, including one-on-one sessions, group therapy, and virtual care options.

• Regularly monitor and review clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize effectiveness and client satisfaction.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely records of client interactions, treatment strategies, and outcomes to support continuity of care while adhering to relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health specialists, to provide well-rounded and holistic support to clients.

• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will serve a diverse population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Our clients include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Your role will involve understanding their diverse backgrounds, cultures, and needs, allowing for an empathetic approach that respects individuality. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required for this role.

• Current and active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Minimum of two years of direct experience in providing therapeutic services in a mental health or clinical setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Self-motivated, capable of working independently while being a proactive member of a collaborative team.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices that enhance clinical effectiveness and client outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in an outpatient or remote mental health setting.

• Specialized training in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
