Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, actively engaging with them to build rapport and establish trusting therapeutic relationships while observing professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, address upcoming appointments, and manage discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring they remain central to their care journey.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in line with organizational standards and applicable regulations.

• Perform detailed intake assessments, thoroughly evaluating clients’ mental health needs and formulating treatment strategies accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a varied outpatient population that includes adults, children, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will support clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, ensuring each individual receives tailored guidance and encouragement throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation, demonstrating an ability to manage diverse client needs effectively.

• Proficiency with technology, including experience using applications such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.
