Growth Manager

Own customer acquisition for a premium dietary supplement brand focused on improving digestive, immune and nervous system health so people can get the most enjoyment out of life and food. Performance role across Meta , Google , and other paid channels.

We're looking for a Growth Manager who will own all new customer marketing and acquisition across all channels, with primary focus on DTC growth and meaningful responsibility for our Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) and B2B engine. This is a performance role for a real operator who thrives on efficient customer acquisition, creative-testing velocity, and channel expansion while maintaining strong measurement discipline and profitability guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Managing content that drives customer acquisition
• Managing media buying and spend across key channels ( Meta , Google , pay-for-play and editorial podcasts, AppLovin , streaming video, newsletters and other media channels)
• Driving key customer acquisition initiatives across channels
• Maintaining accountability for efficient customer acquisition and creative-testing velocity
• Expanding channels while maintaining strong measurement discipline and profitability guardrails

This is a full-time role. We're US-based in Colorado, so we need daily hours of crossover. You'll be on the Leadership team and must be available on Tuesdays at noon MT (Boulder, CO) .

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Proven experience in digital media buying
• Strong track record in creative campaign direction
• Demonstrated success managing content that drives customer acquisition
• Experience managing media buying and spend across multiple digital channels
• Track record of driving customer acquisition initiatives across channels
• Strong performance marketing background with accountability for efficient customer acquisition
• Experience with creative-testing velocity and channel expansion
• Expertise in measurement discipline and maintaining profitability guardrails

Benefits

• $7,000 - $8,000 per month base + incentives*

• Daily crossover hours with Colorado MT required, with Tuesday availability at noon MT mandatory
• 20 days PTO plus public holidays
