Dietary Aide

Location: Lexington Square of Lombard Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 16.50 USD Hourly Work Shift: Based on facility's needs (United States of America) Job Description We're looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team! As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal. Responsibilities Dietary Aide Wage: $16.50/hour Full-time and part-time positions available Day/Evening/Night shifts available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required Location: Prairie Path Senior Living Responsibilities Greet residents in dining rooms, take orders, deliver food to tables, reset dining room after meal service concludes. Provide excellent customer service for all residents Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times Adhere to the facility's health and safety policies and procedures Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Preferred: Some server experience Physical Requirements Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job Benefits We offer flexible schedules, excellent training, competitive wages, work-life balance, job satisfaction, and promotion opportunities.
