This position offers a unique remote work setup through our Telehealth facility, empowering you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a strong connection to our team of professionals. The flexible work hours primarily span Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts to accommodate client needs. This remote setting allows you to contribute meaningfully to our clients' mental health journeys while ensuring a balanced work-life harmony.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments: Utilize standardized evaluation tools and clinical judgment to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Implement evidence-based interventions: Provide therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Possession of a current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

• Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• A minimum of two years of direct post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to support your transition into the role.
