Work Environment

This position requires working onsite in our outpatient office, where you will collaborate closely with a team comprising two experienced physical therapists and a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). The atmosphere is one of teamwork and dedication to improving patient outcomes, making it essential that you are a proactive communicator and a team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans aimed at promoting mobility and physical function.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring that each receives attentive and personalized treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to administer therapeutic interventions focused on orthopedic outpatient care.
• Incorporate various therapeutic modalities into treatment plans, tailoring approaches to enhance the range of motion and improve mobility.
• Encourage patients by designing fitness and wellness programs that align with their personal rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with other medical specialists to form comprehensive care networks for patients.
• Document treatment progress, analyze patient outcomes, and adapt care strategies based on evolving needs.
• Maintain an organized and efficient staff workflow while ensuring compliance with best practices in patient care and safety.
• Actively track and report progress toward patient goals, ensuring open communication with patients regarding their treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
