Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify and meet the individual goals and needs of each patient.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, delivering precise and effective treatment with efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement customized care plans utilizing a diverse range of treatment techniques, focusing on both pain management and recovery.
• Offer cost-effective solutions to improve patient mobility and reduce dependency on medications or invasive procedures.
• Design fitness and wellness programs that align with the specific needs of patrons, enhancing their overall health and vitality.
• Employ motivational strategies during sessions to empower patients in their pursuit of optimal functioning.
• Monitor patient progress through consistent evaluation and communication, documenting all care services accurately.
• Collaborate with fellow health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes a diverse range of individuals requiring outpatient orthopedic care. You will work closely with clients of different ages and activity levels, from athletes needing rehabilitation after an injury to seniors looking to regain mobility after surgery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Master of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred).
• Active Florida Physical Therapist License, with no disciplinary actions noted on the record.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT.
• A capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully working with diverse patient populations and implementing individualized care strategies that drive positive outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
