Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their goals and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Manage a structured caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused, high-quality one-on-one interactions.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that improve patients' range of motion and physical functions.
• Reduce the reliance on medications through holistic treatment plans that explore non-invasive options.
• Design and modify exercise protocols and rehabilitation strategies, taking into account each patient's progress and challenges.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment methodologies, and outcomes thoroughly using EMR software, specifically WebPT.
• Regularly evaluate treatment progress and outcomes, providing updates to patients and collaborating professionals.
• Promote health and wellness initiatives to patients, encouraging lifestyle changes that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with advancements in physical therapy practices and patient care methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients recovering from orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, chronic pain management, and injury prevention. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Impeccable professional record with no history of disciplinary issues related to licensure.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and strong skills in developing effective exercise regimens.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, especially WebPT, for efficient patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated capability in delivering personalized care to diverse patient populations with varying health conditions.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and interventions in physical therapy practice will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance.
