Work Environment

This role is located onsite at our specialized home care facility in Port Saint Lucie. Our dedicated team works collaboratively in a state-of-the-art clinic equipped with advanced rehabilitation tools and resources. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured work schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of each patient to gather a complete medical history and identify functional limitations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Guide patients through rehabilitative exercises, ensuring proper form and technique to minimize the risk of injury.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observable outcomes and feedback.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and post-treatment care to enhance recovery.

Our clinic primarily serves patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with individuals of varying age groups, focusing on both functional rehabilitation and improving quality of life. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Florida Physical Therapy license or an eligibility for licensure.
• Demonstrated clinical reasoning abilities with strong interpersonal communication skills to connect effectively with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with specialized training in orthopedic physical therapy and additional certifications such as Dry Needling or Manual Therapy are highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
