Work Environment

The position is located onsite within our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in sunny Stuart, Florida. The setting fosters collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, ensuring coordinated and seamless care for our patients. With a commitment to maintaining a balanced work-life schedule, our typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to engage fully with both your professional responsibilities and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to inform effective treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment data, recovery goals, and medical history.
• Deliver evidence-based hands-on therapy to enhance patients' strength, range of motion, and functional capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure the patient receives coordinated and holistic care.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to account for improvements or changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and therapy sessions consistent with regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies for managing their conditions outside of therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from work-related injuries, chronic pain conditions, and various orthopedic issues. You will engage with a diverse population, including athletes and everyday individuals seeking rehabilitation after surgery or injury. Your role in guiding them through their healing process directly contributes to improving their quality of life and reshaping their ability to return to normal activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid and active Florida PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• A strong commitment to a patient-centered approach, demonstrating empathy and proactive communication.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with hands-on experience in outpatient rehabilitation practices or orthopedic physical therapy will be preferred. Experience working with chronic pain patients or post-operative care is highly relevant for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
