Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Administer hands-on therapy techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Continuously monitor patient progress by utilizing clinical assessments and outcome measures, adjusting treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, including strategies for injury prevention, at-home exercises, and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure cohesive treatment plans that address all aspects of patient recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will provide care to a diverse population of patients experiencing orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, arthritis, and musculoskeletal pain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Exceptional clinical reasoning skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
