Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our outpatient orthopedic clinic, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' physical conditions to determine their therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, targeting specific functional goals.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as laser therapy, ultrasound, and manual therapy techniques, to enhance recovery and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, rehabilitation exercises, and preventive measures to maintain long-term health.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation aides, to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and workplace-related injuries. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active or eligible Florida Physical Therapy license.
