Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluations and collaborate with the healthcare team to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to each patient's needs.
• Utilize clinical judgment to modify therapy techniques based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring effectiveness and safety throughout the recovery process.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers regarding treatment goals, progress updates, and home exercise programs.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
• Educate patients on preventive measures and self-management strategies to improve long-term health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse array of patients ranging from post-operative recoveries to chronic pain management. Our clients include individuals of all ages, encompassing athletic injuries, orthopedic conditions, and neurological impairments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 , complemented by a robust benefits package.
