Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Implementing and monitoring personalized treatment plans, utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and state-of-the-art modalities.
• Documenting patients' progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic joint conditions. You will work closely with individuals of all ages, particularly those within the geriatric population, who require specialized therapeutic care to regain mobility and improve their overall functionality. Your expertise will help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, such as enhancing strength, improving balance, and regaining independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current, valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in the field is preferred.
• Proficiency in evaluating and treating orthopedic conditions, with a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities and exercise science.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
