Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions, utilizing video chat to engage with clients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on stable, low-acuity adults who may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and unblemished license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is essential; interns or therapists requiring supervision to practice independently will not be considered.

• Applicants should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage existing caseloads independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Full-time counselors can expect an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000. In addition to a competitive salary, our counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend, providing financial support to cover health-related expenses. Furthermore, they have access to the platform’s services as clients, ensuring that our counselors can also prioritize their mental health.
