Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload effectively, ensuring that clients receive timely and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop comprehensive individual treatment plans by collaborating with clients and evaluating their specific needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Engage in clinical documentation, including progress notes and case summaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, aligned with your experience and contributions.
