Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' biopsychosocial needs, identifying concerns, and designing tailored treatment plans that promote functional improvement and symptom resolution.

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based methods and best practices to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Actively participate in program planning and collaborate with the psychiatry team and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all program patients.

• Engage as a primary or co-therapist in group therapy sessions, offering support and guidance to participants while leading individual, family, and couples therapy as needed.

• Document patient progress accurately in accordance with program and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all organizational policies and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with outpatient and inpatient teams to perform triage evaluations and crisis interventions, providing immediate support during critical situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with a diverse population of patients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is vital in providing a safe and nurturing space for clients to discuss their experiences, develop coping strategies, and pursue their mental health goals. Strong interpersonal skills will be essential as you build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, or eligibility for licensure.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
