Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Happy Body Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting initial consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions, understand their symptoms, and identify their specific needs.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and developing personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique journey towards recovery.
• Teaching patients proper therapeutic exercise techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and overall function, while ensuring their understanding of each exercise's purpose and execution.
• Employing hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, stimulation, or massage to promote patients' healing processes.
• Assisting patients with adaptive equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices, providing guidance on safe and effective use.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records that track goals and achievements in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Educating patients and their families about in-home treatment options and exercises to reinforce healing beyond the therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

• Proficient computer skills, with experience in electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide an extensive benefits package that includes:
