Executive Chef
Cucina Baci is seeking an experienced Executive Chef with strong Italian culinary expertise to lead our chef-driven supper club, Italian market, wine bar, and event venue in Buckhead.
We are open only three days per week, with a focus on chef specials, private events, wine dinners, and live music experiences.
Compensation: $1,350 per week + bonuses Perk: Complimentary crash pad available
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong background in authentic Italian cuisine
- Menu development and seasonal specials experience
- Food cost, purchasing, and inventory knowledge
- Strong kitchen leadership
- Experience with events and special dinners
This is a unique opportunity for a creative chef who wants ownership of the culinary program without the demands of a seven-day restaurant operation.
