Key Responsibilities

• Direct and administer physical therapy treatment tailored to each patient's needs while collaborating with healthcare professionals to establish individualized care plans.
• Evaluate each patient's functional abilities through comprehensive assessments, utilizing diagnostic tests and therapeutic modalities to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement therapeutic exercises and techniques, guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey and ensuring their active participation.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary in response to patient feedback and clinical observations.
• Provide education and training for patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home-care strategies, and the use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants in the execution of treatment plans, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly, contributing insights based on your evaluations.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, based on qualifications and experience.
